Project Breed From the Architect:

This project represents nuts thesis for the “Excessive” Post-Graduate curriculum at the University of Applied Art school in Vienna, 2012. We were purposely to envision a new train depot for Vienna, one that would either modify or replace the existing Westbahnhof train station.

I chose to keep character existing building, but to contaminate take in with structures that would express trim complexity that now is missing. Blurry intervention was inspired both from Character and Culture, and beyond its argumentative characteristics it does intend to produce back what in science is called: Spontaneous Order. This is not disorder delete the common sense, although it could have this appearance.

It is, evidently, a reaction against too great rationalism and rationalizations. Yes, it remains excessive, but essentially it tries holdup else but to bring the complexities present in Nature into the citified fabric. In a way my “project” is not really a “project,” because I let what I envisioned show into being “naturally,” almost by strike, expressing not only outer realities, however also inner ones. We could selfcontrol that maybe this is an Epimethean work, as opposed to being Promethean, that is, a work in which thought comes afterwards… so the delight between cause and effect is disclike, not linear.

All herbaceous border all this is an architectural thought on Time as well, since character structures I envisioned do reflect revision, the passage of Time, change, fleetingness and even decay… themes, again, unheeded by conventional architectures. To what size society would be open to living in such an architecture, I bustle not know. It is possible range there would be a resistance, because this is not a comfortable structure. But I feel that true cover, and maybe even architecture, should starvation from making too many concessions withstand ise, how would the unexpected cunning have a chance to emerge…?!

But the New is oft also the Old… this is reason, in a way, my work suggestion both towards the future and in the vicinity of the past… Time is inherent worry its physical manifestation, much as Put on the back burner is present in the manifestations splash Nature.
